Flesne etiam? Num tu lacrimas in carmina vertes?
Altera dum veniat maeste poeta, cane!
Still crying, are you? Why won't you turn your tears into song?
'til another comes, sad poet, sing!!

Though I'm sorry if these verses reflect a real breakup, I think you could successfully work these into a longer piece. This one in particular has potential as an opening couplet
